  • This unit is designed to prepare students for the transition into employment, training or higher education. It will draw on the theme of resilience to prepare students for the upcoming challenge of exams and the upcoming transition out of school or college.

    Topics include: Handling pressure, Taking responsibility, Independence, Walking into a room of strangers, Knowing myself and a reflection session.

  • Our courses are designed for teachers to be delivered in curriculum or extra-curricular time for year 11 and year 13. The programme enhances personal development, helping schools to meet and exceed Ofsted’s criteria for exceptional student development. 

  • Students have access to a library of specially designed video content of high profile role models discussing their own life lessons, the skills they have developed to succeed and the key strategies they’ve learnt to be successful. The videos, combined with engaging lesson plans and presentations help students learn crucial employability skills, including staying positive, problem-solving, knowing yourself, handling pressure and taking responsibility.
